From 12 months ago to now, my life has done a complete turn around.

12 months ago, I was broken, victimised, hurting so much and in a very dark place. My husband had left one day while I was at work, totally out of nowhere to be with someone else many years ago and then a string of relationships with men who were very similar. Very narcissistic and I played the victim. I had no idea how to get out of the dark place I was in. I had years of counselling which helped a little but I still had so much emotional pain running rampant inside me.

Talk about a get your life together moment. 3 months... of intense therapy, lots of digging in those dark places. Jacqui made me face all my dark places. She coached me through all of it. Jacqui’s Burn program was one of the most unique experiences I have had. It lifted me up from a narcissistic, emotionally abusive relationship. It’s where I found myself again.

I used to dread alone time and had some non-reciprocal friendships. Throughout Burn, I would learn tools to dig through the dirty work that was necessary for healing. I came out on the other side finding a shinier version of myself. I felt content with being single and looked forward to my alone time.
